1976 Larry Brown Pittsburgh Steelers Game Worn Jersey
This black road Pittsburgh Steelers jersey shows great use as it was worn by Larry Brown during the 1976 season and very likely others. Eight team repairs are dotted across the jersey, which has Sand-Knit size 46, Pittsburgh Steelers exclusive, and "76" tags are on the front tail, Brown‚s number 87 is in white on the front, back and sleeves, and while the nameplate is detached from the back of the jersey, it is included in this lot and can be tacked or sewn back on if the owner so desires. Brown played both tight end and offensive tackle during his 14-year tenure in Pittsburgh; this jersey is from his stint at tight end, as he wore number 79 while playing the line. He won four Super Bowls with the Steelers and was a Pro Bowl selection on three occasions.
