1976 Topps Star Wars "Red" 2nd Series Vending Box
Issued in conjunction with the release of the 1977 hit movie Star Wars, Topps created a 330-card set distributed over FIVE series, with each series having a different color border. This unsearched vending box contains 500 sharp cornered beauties from the second series, which contains red borders. With the flush to the border colors, high grade examples of this series at difficult to locate. Within are hundreds of third-party grading opportunities, with multiple sets ready to be made. No factory stamps on either end, but appears some pencil notations were once written, and erased.
