1976/77 and 1977/78 Topps Basketball Wax Boxes
The 1976/77 Topps box is Mint with 24 wax packs. Topps brought back their oversized cards for the first time since '70/71. This oversized issue is very tough in high-grade so it would be great to open the box and submit the cards for grading. Look for D. Thompson's rookie, Erving, Walton, Maravich, Abdul Jabbar, etc. The 1977/78 Topps box is EX/MT but its 36 wax packs are Gem Mint. Look for Parish's rookie, Dantley's rookie, Dawkins' rookie, Abdul Jabbar, Maravich, etc. Quality unopened material has become increasingly difficult to find. Keep these closed for investment purposes or open them and send these gems to PSA!
