1977-78 Gary MacGregor WHA Edmonton Oilers Game Worn Jersey
Home white Rawlings dureen jersey worn by Rusty Patenaude for the 2nd half of the 1976-77 and by Gary MacGregor for the first of the 1977-78 seasons. This use was typical for the Oilers as they were issued new jerseys each January and wore them into the following season. Tagged in the neck by Rawlings, size 44. Steichens tag is missing from the tail. On the front is the Oilers logo patch in orange and blue tackle twill. On the back and on each sleeve is the player number "17" in blue on orange tackle twill. Across the back is "MacGREGOR" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey shows nice wear throughout with one team repair. There is very light evidence of the former name plate.
