1977 Topps Mexican Football 4 Pack Wax Boxes (2)
Pair of Topps Mexican 4 pack wax boxes. 36 packs per box with 4 cards per pack. The standard wax box for this issue contains 36 packs with 2 cards per pack and a piece of gum. The 4 card packs do not contain gum. Over time the gum in the 2 card packs left stains or residue on one of the two cards in the pack. The 4 card packs carry a premium because they contain “clean” cards (no gum). Look for rookies like Steve Largent, Danny White, Mike Webster, Archie Griffin, and stars such as Bradshaw, Payton, Staubach, Swann, etc. Very difficult to find.
