1979 O-Pee-Chee Hockey #18 Wayne Gretzky Rookie Card BVG EX-MT+ 6.5 (Blue Print Lines on Reverse)
1979-1980 OPC Hockey #18 Wayne Gretzky (R) card. The card has been graded and encapsulated by BVG EX-MT+ 6.5. This card features blue print lines on the reverse. It has been a long-held belief among collectors that cards featuring those blue print lines were "first-print runs," and as such, they have often commanded a premium compared to examples that do not feature them. The card has a clear image of a skating Gretzky. All four corners have touches with the top left being the most severe. The left edge has a slight rough cut. Centering is slightly off top to bottom. The reverse is clean and bright.
