1980-81 George Ferguson Pittsburgh Penguins Game Worn Jersey
This Sandow Road (black) jersey was worn by George Ferguson during his most productive goal scoring season in 1980-81 when he netted 25 goals in 79 games. The front shows some stick marks along the hem with more scattered marks on the right sleeve. The left sleeve shows lighter marks with a solid board burn on the elbow. Several board burns on the back right are of note with some red paint transfer near the SandowSK logo. Original nameplate is sewn above Ferguson’s number “11” on the back. Size Extra Large manufacturer’s tag and washing instruction tag sewn in the collar. A small loop style fight strap hangs inside the back.
