1980s Ron Francis Hartford Whalers Practice Jersey
Ron Francis played 23 seasons in the NHL for the Hartford Whalers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Carolina Hurricanes and Toronto Maple Leafs. Upon retiring from professional ice hockey in 2004, Francis stood second all-time in career assists (1,249), behind only Wayne Gretzky; fifth in career points (1,798); third in games played (1,731); and 27th in career goals (549).From Ron's days in Hartford comes this impressive 1980's Whalers game worn jersey.Mostly green CCM jersey with blue and white accents features the famous Whalers logo on the front and a simple "10" across the back; both silk screened in white.All original jersey is complete with CCM manufacturers tagging on the tail, fight strap and shows terrific use with burns, stick marks, pilling and even paint transfers.Signed on back by the Hall of Famer in black.
