This is the real deal and was awarded to scout Harry Boyd to commemorate the third of the New York Islanders' four straight championships. This ring is identical to what players received except that this one has cz's on top instead of diamonds. The ring is adorned with three faux diamonds in the center representing the team's three titles to that point, and surrounding words in raised lettering read "1982 Stanley Cup Champions." Right shank bears the name “Boyd” with the team logo below. Opposite shank is three of Lord Stanley’s cups with "Islanders" above and "Prince of Wales Champions" below. Stamped inside "Balfour 10K". Also stamped "First American Team" with three Stanley Cup symbols after the wording. Excellent condition. Size 11.
