Large NJ Devils logo on the front in red, white & green tackle twill. “Maxwell 14” on verso in white on green tackle twill. His number “14” displayed on each sleeve as well. “Gerry Cosby” and “Sandow SK” screened onto the white trim of the back tail. Collar tagging is “Gerry Cosby” with care tag to the right and [size] 54 tag to the left. Evident use and wear, but no team repairs.
