1984 Olympics Gold Medal Display in Original Case
This magnificent Olympic Gold Medal case designed by Jostens, as well as the pristine, encased medal, was a gift to members of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee in the summer of 1984. Measuring at 3x7x9", the case is in NRMT condition, with the only flaw being some pitting on the exterior plaque. The 1984 event - officially known as the Games of the XXIII Olympiad - was unique in that 14 Eastern Bloc countries boycotted the games, refusing to participate.
