1984 World Champion Detroit Tigers Signed Bat

1984 World Champion Detroit Tigers Signed Bat

Lance Parish crushed 33 home runs and drove in 98 in the Tigers' odyssey season of 1984. This half-bat was signed by the catcher and about 30 others from the team that won 35 of its first 40 games en route to a wire-to-wire World Series championship. Among the notable signatures: Alan Trammell, Chet Lemon, Larry Herndon, Jack Morris, Roger Craig, Kirk Gibson, Lou Whitaker, Dan Petry and Sparky Anderson, who turned the unusual trick of skippering teams to World Series titles in both leagues. The plaque reads "DETROIT TIGERS 1984 WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS." The gorgeous wood display frame measures 40" x 10" and presents as a great 3D display.
