1986 Wayne Gretzky Edmonton Oilers Signed Game Used Stick
Game used Titan 2020 stick wielded by hockey's GOAT, Wayne Gretzky, during the 1985-86 season with the Edmonton Oilers. Left-handed stick shows nice use throughout, with puck marks, paint transfers, and various scuffs. Butt end has original blue cloth tape, while original black tape is on the blade along with residue of The Great One's trademark powder. Number 99 is written in black marker just below the blue tape, and the Hall of Famer's signature in 8/10 black marker resides on the shaft just above the heel. To conclusively date the season, the manufacture date of "13FEV1986" is stamped near the bottom of the shaft ("FEV" is the French abbreviation for Fevrier, or February in English). Significant item as number 99 set career highs in both assists (163) and total points (215) during that '85-86 campaign.
