1988 Olympics Andy Moog & Sean Burke Game Worn Jerseys (3)
Andy Moog & Sean Burke shared the duties in net for the Canadian National Team during the 1987-88 season leading up to the Calgary Winter Olympics. The boys played a full schedule of over 70 games to prepare for the run for the medals. Offered here are the uniforms worn by Sean and Andy throughout the pre-Olympic play. The shirts are CCM knits with all crests, numbers and letters sewn on. Andy’s is the red version, tagged in the collar with “54” in faded ballpoint. Sean’s is a larger white knit, in size 58 with heavier wear. The Moog jersey also features the 1988 Olympic patch on the sleeve. Both show good use, especially for goalie jerseys. As an added bonus, Burke’s hammered red knit practice uniform with a screened crest and sewn-on tackle twill numbers is included in the lot.
