1990 Eldon Reddick & Vladimir Ruzicka Edmonton Oilers Stanley Cup Playoffs Game Worn & Issued Jerseys (2)
Two Home (white) jerseys from the 1990 Stanley Cup champions. First is a game issued Vladimir Ruzicka with a Maska Air-Knit tag in the neck with size 54 penned on in blue ink. CCM and NHL logos embroidered on the hem. Ruzicka did not play in any of the Oilers Stanley Cup Playoffs or Stanley Cup Finals games in 1990 and as such, shows no game use. Fight strap intact inside the back and Ruzicka’s name sewn onto a longer nameplate on the back. Second of the pair is Eldon “Pokey” Reddick’s Home (white) jersey with a Maska Air-Knit tag in the neck with size 54 written in blue ink. This goalie cut jersey shows several puck marks on the front especially on the left arm, chest and lower front. A few material snags on the right sleeve. Reddick’s name is sewn onto a white mesh nameplate on the back. Reddick saw 1:56 of game action in Game 2 of the Smythe Division Finals as the Edmonton Oilers hosted – and wore their Home (white) jerseys - the Los Angeles Kings. Both jerseys have the 1990 Stanley Cup Finals patch sewn on the right chest as they were prepared to be worn in the championship round, but did not see the ice in the Finals against Boston.
