1991-92 Mario Lemieux Game Worn Stanley Cup Finals Jersey
Hockey's most prolific scorer was in full bloom in this 1992 Stanley Cup jersey. He collected 16 goals -- five of them game-winners -- and 18 assists in 15 playoff games. The Penguins swept Chicago in the finals to capture their second straight title. The Stanley Cup logo is sewn over the NHL's 75th Anniversary patch and the other shoulder is adorned with a memorial patch for the Penguins' deceased coach Bob "Badger" Johnson. Should be an easy photo match. CCM jersey has a "Maska/Ultrafil" tag in color written with "66 C" in sharpie and [size] "54" flag tag. Lemieux overcame back problems in the regular season and a broken hand that caused him to miss five games in the postseason. The next year he would face cancer and beat that, too. If glory could be summoned from a garment, this one wouldn't be a bad place to start.
