1991-92 Randy Carlyle 1000th Game Worn Jersey
During his long career in the NHL, Randy Carlyle was a 4-time All-Star, also winning the coveted Norris Trophy in 1981. After playing for the Maple Leafs and Pittsburgh Penguins, Carlyle was traded to the Winnipeg Jets, where he played for nine years, ending his playing career there. He went on to a second career, coaching in the NHL. This #8 jersey was one of those worn during his 1000th game, and was taken right off of his back and boldly signed on the spot. Light but definite use, including a few stick marks and a small blood stain. NOB on nameplate. Maska Ultrafil, Center Ice and size 52 tags appear in the collar, and a NHL 75th Anniversary patch is prominent on the chest. “Goals For Kids” patch is on the left sleeve. A great item with everything going for it. 1000th game poster is included with this jersey.
