1992-93 Steve Thomas Game Worn Islanders Jersey
Steve Thomas enjoyed a long and productive NHL career, but his best years came as a member of the New York Islanders. This game-worn Islanders jersey was donned by Thomas during the 1992-93 season, when he set a career high for points with 87. There is an NHL Stanley Cup 100th Anniversary patch on the right breast and an assistant captain "A" patch on the left breast. Size 54 and Maska tags appear in the neck. There are paint transfers, burn marks, abrasions, a few holes, slash marks and loose stitching, as well as one large team repair on back measuring four inches wide. Shows tremendous use and has fight strap. Thomas led an improbable Islanders run in the '93 postseason, though they fell short in the Conference Finals.
