1993 Skydome Bunting and Banner
Pair of circa mid-late 1990s pieces from SkyDome originating from the personal collection of Cito Gaston. 1) Red bunting hung from the wall circa 1993, has string for hanging and Harcourts Limited tag in liner. Superb condition, measures about 42" from string to bottom. 2) Massive bedsheet-style "Thank You Cito" banner looks to be from 1997-98 as it is signed in red ink by hundreds of fans wishing Cito well after his 1997 firing from the Toronto Blue Jays. that hung in the Skydome and is signed by multiple fans. Measures roughly 88x76", white with message spray-painted in blue, multiple stains particularly at bottom.
