1995-96 Sean Burke Team-Signed by '96-97 Hartford Whalers Game Worn Jersey - Last Season in Hartford (PSA)
Terrific 1995-96 Hartford Whalers game used white jersey worn by goaltender Sean Burke and team-signed by no less than 25 players. Signatures in crisp black Sharpie average 7-8/10, with highlights including: Brendan Shanahan, Glen Wesley, Kevin Dineen, Steven Rice, Alexander Godynyuk, Nelson Emerson, Derek King, Sami Kapanen, and many more. Ultrafil and size 60 tagging in collar, screened inside tail is "Lettering by Custom Crafted" and "Official Hartford Whalers 1st set 1995-96 season." Whalers logo crest is across the chest, name is on back on a plate in all blue, number 1 below in navy-on-white-and-green trim, fight strap is present and intact. Moderate wear displayed consistent with a goalie's jersey. Though the jersey itself is dated from '95-96, there are autographs from those who didn't play until the following season, meaning Burke likely brought in an old gamer for his teammates to sign in that final '96-97 campaign.
