1996 Mike Piazza Game Used Autographed Bat
Mike Piazza's game-used bat from one of his finest seasons is also an aesthetic hit. The pine-tar stain on the handle contrasts nicely with the smooth Northern white ash wood from Rawlings' Adirondacks factory, home of the "Big Stick" branded above Piazza's imprint. Piazza wrote a personal greeting with a blue Sharpie-like pen as fresh as if Terrell Owens lended it to him. Dark smears on the fat part reveal significant contact -- no surprise considering that Piazza had 36 home runs and 105 RBI's while batting .336 for the Dodgers that season. Uncracked, with minor separation of wood seams in a few spots including the taped section.
