1996 Silver Charm Del Mar Futurity Winning Saddle Cloth
One year before winning two legs of the Triple Crown, thoroughbred racehorse Silver Charm ramped up his game with a win at the Del Mar Futurity in California. From that race comes this handsome red saddle cloth which reads: "1A SILVER CHARM." The lot includes two photos of the horse wearing the cloth, as well as an LOA from personal trainer Rudy Silva. Silver Charm lost the third jewel of the triple crown by placing second in the Belmont Stakes to Touch Gold.
