1996 World Champion New York Yankees Team-Signed Season Full Ticket Book w/30 Autographs including Derek Jeter
Incredible signed New York Yankees full season ticket book is a rare and possibly unique item dating from the 1996 Championship season. As an added bonus, 30 signatures are scattered throughout in bold blue marker, with virtually all grading 9-10/10. Booklet measures 13.25x6.75", and the first highlight is Joe Torre's signature on the Opening Day ticket on the cover. Inside, autos are large and generally span 2-3 tickets each, with highlights including the May 17th game featuring Mariano Rivera's first career save (that ticket and adjoining one are signed by Paul O'Neill), and Doc Gooden's no-hitter, signed by Gooden on that ticket and the May 9 version next to it, inscribed "No Hitter 5-14-96." Other sigs include Rivera, Mel Stottlemyre, David Cone, Derek Jeter (2nd MLB season), Andy Pettitte, John Wetteland, Willie Randolph, Joe Girardi and more. All tickets are present and attached, and it should be noted that these are actual game tickets as the customer's name and seat number are printed on the cover. The Bronx Bombers posted an impressive 11-4 post-season record in '96, including a 4-2 World Series victory over the Atlanta Braves.
