1997 Silver Charm Triple Crown Exercise Saddle Cloths
This horse raced like a charm! Champion thoroughbred Silver Charm wore this set of three saddle cloths from all three races of the triple crown, which he came close to winning in 1997, coming up short by a half-length in the final leg at the Belmont Stakes as Touch Gold ruined his chance at immortality. This Kentucky Derby cloth is a photo match and in EX condition overall with a couple of minor stains from use. Thanks to his brilliant run, Silver Charm was voted the 1997 Eclipse Award for Outstanding Three-Year-Old Male Horse.
