1997 Team Canada Womens National Team World Championships white set Plus (3) 1996 Three Nations Jerseys (19)
On April 6, 1997 in Kitchener, Ontario Team Canada beat Team USA 4-3 to win the gold for the Women’s World Championships. The team was led by Canadian women’s hockey legends Cassie Campbell and Haley Wickenheiser. The set was made by Bauer and is all Air Knit material. The Campbell jersey sports the assistants Captains “A” and various stick marks. The Wickenheiser also has a nice stick mark on the front with pilling in the collar. The set displays light game use overall. Included are: Shuler, Wilson, Dube, Diduck, Hefford, Nystrom, Reddon, Goyette, Smith, James, Dupuis, Brisson, Fahey, St. Louis. In addition there are 3 jerseys from the 1996 Three Nations Tournament worn by Deschamp, Chartrand, Scheibel.
