Limited-edition signed large-format photograph commemorating David Wells perfect game on May 17, 1998. The photo captures Wells being carried off the field and has been signed in silver paint pen by the following twenty-three members of the 1998 New York Yankees: Jeter, Rivera, Torre (Mgr.), Raines, Wells, Girardi, Pettitte, B. Williams, T. Martinez, O'Neill, Cone, Spencer, Nelson, Stanton, Sojo, Hernandez, Bush, Ledee, Mendoza, Randolph (coach), Cardenal (coach), Cloninger (coach), and Stottlemyre (coach). Wells has added the inscription "P. G. 5-17-98" below his name. All the signatures are boldly scripted and grade 10/10. This piece was limited in number to just twenty-five signed prints and the offered photo is hand-numbered "14/25" in the lower right corner. The photo (38.5x29"; visible dimensions) is in apparent Near Mint condition. Matted and framed to total dimensions of 43x36.5". Full LOA from JSA.
