1999-2000 Miroslov Satan Sabres Game Worn Jersey
When Slovakia gained independence, a young Satan played for their first team in international competition, with future Hall of Famer Peter Stastny and the NHL scoring phenom Zigmund Palffy. Satan scored nine goals in eight games and quite unexpectedly became the leading scorer in the tournament. The black jersey with silver, gray and red trim has an “Authentic Pro Player Authentique” tag and a size “56” tag. Front has Sabres insignia and an NHL 2000 patch. Each sleeve sports the number “81” and a Sabres insignia. Reverse has “Satan” and the number “81.” Shows minor use.
