19th Century Sports Hurricane Lamp
Dazzling oil lamp features trio of sportsmen handpainted on the glass. Has been converted to an electric lamp for stellar use, but could easily be converted back (it was undamaged in the process). Features athletes on both sides, including a golfer, field hockey player and an oarsman. Overall EX-MT with original metal base. Circa 1880’s. Overall 26" tall.
