2001-02 Mario Lemieux Game Worn 2/12/02 Pittsburgh Penguins Jersey (Photo-Matched & MeiGray LOA)
Both this jersey and the star who wore it can simply be described as Magnificent. This 2001-02 Pittsburgh Penguins home black sweater was game-worn by none other than Mario Lemieux. The CCM airknit has size 56 tag, Captain's "C" patch, fight strap, and the size tag in the neck has handwritten "02, 66, C." There is some loose stitching and heavy wear on Super Mario's iconic number 66, with two clearly distinguishable stick marks on the front Pens logo. Photomatched to the February 12, 2002 game against the Ottawa Senators, the lot also includes five trading cards and LOA from MeiGray. This jersey has multiple photo-matches including the five trading cards included.
