2001 Barry Bonds 69th Home Run Bat From His 73 Home Run Season
Of precious few, this black Sam Bat had the honor of connecting with the baseball that made for # 69 in Barry Bonds’ 2001 home run escalation to # 73, and the single-season record for home runs. This is the highest home run number that has been sold, and we are told Bonds kept #70 and above. Ominous timber is cracked, with tape removed. Bonds has signed the bat in silver pen, with inscription “9-29-01 #563” (which was his 69th). Bonds hologram dresses barrel, along with gold wording “San Francisco,” and “Bonds 2K1, Barry Bonds, Rideau Crusher.” Marked in top cup is “34 / 31.5 oz / 07 09 01 / 2K1 BB.” Bat has light use.
