2001 Barry Bonds Game Used Bat (34")
We would love this bat for its looks alone, but this one is so much more than just a pretty face. Gorgeous "Sam Bat" with mahogany-colored handle and black onyx barrel was used during the most punishing long ball campaign the game has ever seen. Everything is just as you would like it, from the deep seam marks and blue stamping transferred from baseballs exploding from the barrel, down to the meticulously taped handle and knob. Great vampire bat graphics share space with "San Francisco Giants, Bonds 2K1, Barry Bonds, Rideau Crusher" text in gold. Cup at end of barrel has handwritten manufacturer's notes: "34, 32 oz., 04 30 01, Bonds, BB." NRMT silver sharpie signature on barrel is joined by Bonds' own holographic authenticating sticker. This one just can't be topped.
