2002 Pascal Leclaire Team Canada World Junior Game Worn Jersey

2002 Pascal Leclaire Team Canada World Junior Game Worn Jersey

The maple leaf stands tall as the symbol of hockey pride and excellence adorns this game-worn 2002 Team Canada jersey. Donned by goalkeeper Pascal Leclaire, it is all original and shows light use, with Nike size 58G (goalie cut) tagging in the collar along with an IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) tag. An embroidered IIHF patch is sewn into the tail, the front bears the Team Canada Hockey Player crest and maple leaf Canada patches over the number 31 on each sleeve. Leclaire's name is on a plate above his number on the back of this red beauty, which the netminder wore in leading his squad to a Silver Medal, with an impressive 1.80 goals against average in five games played. He would go on to play for Columbus and Ottawa in the NHL. Includes LOA from Canadian Hockey Association.
