2003-04 Link Gaetz Verdun Dragons Game Worn Jersey
Sparkling 2003-04 Verdun Dragons hockey jersey game worn by former NHLer Link Gaetz. The green jersey with black and white trim has Easton size XXL tagging in collar and was worn for one preseason game with the QSPHL squad. Colorful Dragons logo crosses the chest with sponsor patch on right breast, number 89 on both sleeves and back, and name on a patch in white letters. Displays nice use with stick and puck marks and some surface abrasions. The hulking Gaetz played 65 NHL games during a three-year span and was known for his fisticuffs as well as his quirky nature; this specific jersey was worn during intra-squad scrimmage games during training camp before changing to a larger uniform number 23. In his preseason game appearance, he earned 27 minutes in penalties and a 10-game suspension, thus ending his brief tenure as a Dragon.
