2004 Tampa Bay Lightning Stanley Cup Championship Ring
This is the "A" style ring identical to those that the players got. What a ring it is! Made of 14 karat white gold, the bead is set with 76 brilliant cut diamonds and the channel is set with 58 princess cut diamonds. There are also 4 brilliant cut diamonds on the one side of the ring. Top has a large Stanley Cup with the words "Tampa Bay Lightning" on it. To the sides of the Cup are the words "Stanley Cup Champions". One shank has the persons last name who was awarded this ring along with "2004 Stanley Cup Champions" and "Staff". The other shank has "Tampa Bay Lightning" at the top with the NHL shield below, scores of the play-off series and "2004 1st Championship" at the bottom. Inside the ring is engraved "Good Is The Enemy Of Great, Safe Is Death, June 7, 2004". Inside is also stamped "Intergold 14K". NRMT condition and comes with Intergold paperwork stating that the replacement value of this ring is $18,000. That just takes into account the cost of making it, not the added value as a piece of sports history. Size 10.5.
