2005-06 Mario Lemieux Pittsburgh Penguins Game Worn Jersey (Crosby Rookie Year)
This Mario Lemieux game worn away white jersey with year tag inside the tail sports all the correct tagging for a jersey of this year and era. There is some wear to it, but only from perhaps a few games. But there is evidence on the jersey of stick marks, light burrs and pilling. In a passing-of-the-the-torch of sorts, this jersey was worn by Lemieux in the same season he shared some ice time with a budding Penguin great - a talented 18-year old rookie named Sidney Crosby. There is evidence of a patch being removed from the left breast. Obtained directly from a top source right inside the Pittsburgh Penguins organization and accompanied by a Leland's LOA.
