2008 & 2010 Clayton Kershaw 1st Career Win and 1st Career Shutout Full Ticket Pair (PSA)
Pair of full tickets issued for two of Clayton Kershaw's career milestone games, each encapsulated by PSA.1) Los Angeles Dodgers full ticket issued for a game against the Washington Nationals on July 27, 2008, in which Kershaw recorded his first career win. Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. This is one of twenty-seven examples of this full ticket listed in the PSA Population Report. Kershaw allowed four hits and no runs in six innings against the Nationals to earn the win in the Dodgers' 2-0 victory that day. The ticket, which features Don Sutton on the front, measures 2x6 inches.2) San Francisco Giants full ticket issued for a game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on September 14, 2010, in which Kershaw recorded his first career shutout and complete game. PSA has encapsulated the ticket and certified it as "Authentic." This is one of only four examples of this full ticket listed in the PSA Population Report. Kershaw allowed just four hits in his 1-0 shutout win over the Giants that day, which was also his first complete game and 25th career win. The ticket (2.25x6"), which features Freddy Sanchez on the front, remains in Excellent condition.
