2014 American Pharoah Horse Shoe - Sourced from Taylor Made Farms Groomsman

2014 American Pharoah Horse Shoe - Sourced from Taylor Made Farms Groomsman

This rare horseshoe was worn by thoroughbred racing's 12th Triple Crown winner, American Pharoah, before he ever hit the track. Since 1978, thirteen horses have entered the gate of the Belmont Stakes vying for the elusive Triple Crown, only to be defeated by the race aptly coined, "The Test of the Champion." American Pharoah ended the 36-year Triple Crown drought by winning the 2015 Belmont Stakes by 5 1/2 lengths. A winner of nine races from just eleven starts, Pharaoh earned $8,650,300 – culminating with his farewell victory in the 2015 Breeders’ Cup. During 2014, while still at Taylor Made Farms, this shoe, with dirt still in the grooves, was removed from the superstar in waiting. Comes with a signed note from Taylor Made and a signed $2 win ticket by Victor Espinoza & Bob Baffert from American Pharoah's 2015 Belmont Stakes Triple Crown victory.
