2016-17 Joe Thornton San Jose Sharks Game Worn Jersey
Bright 2016-17 San Jose Sharks jersey game used by Joe Thornton. White top has sized 58+ collar tag, and a San Jose Sharks label inside near the fight strap reads, "2016-17 - Thornton-19-2 - Issue: 12-12-16 - Exp: 4-3-17 - Mike Aldrich - Equipment Manager." Fanatics holo is on the label. Sharks logo crest is across the chest, Assistant Captain's "A" is on left breast in teal-on-black, teal drawstring is in collar. Sharks logo patches and number 19 are on each sleeve, NHL 100th Anniversary logo patch is below the number on the right sleeve. Name is on a plate above the rear number in the same teal-on-black style. Though he has not announced his retirement, Thornton is currently not in the NHL after playing in 2021-22 with the Florida Panthers. Jumbo Joe has played in 21 NHL seasons, his 1,714 games played ranks 6th on the NHL's all time list, and he is uniformly considered a sure-fire Hall of Famer upon eligibility.
