4 Los Angeles Dodgers Signed Jerseys - 3 are Hand-Painted
This lot includes a collection of four autographed Los Angeles Dodgers home jerseys. Three of them have hand-painted color portraits of the Dodgers named on the jerseys, all dated 1997, on the backs along with their signatures. All of the signatures are in blue Sharpie. The jerseys include: Tommy Lasorda #2, inscribed "Good Luck" next to his portrait in profile; Steve Garvey #6, picturing Garvey in his batting stance; Bill Russell #18 with a portrait of Russell as a Dodgers coach; and Ron Cey, #10. All of the jerseys are button-front style by Russell Athletic, size 48, and are unworn. What a find for any fan who bleeds Dodger blue!
