.400 Hitters Signed Baseball (PSA)
A great theme baseball of .400 hitters, this is hard to top, especially since the feat was last accomplished in 1941. This ball was signed in the 1960s by five players, each have their own space or panel. Only seven players hit that magic milestone in the 20th century and five are on this Official American League (Harridge) baseball. The ball is off-white to cream and has light but readable stampings. There are a few small spots but very nice, rating the ball conservatively still in EX condition. As for the signatures, they are in blue ink and grade 8/10, all remaining in about the same condition. Ty Cobb is on the sweet spot, Ted Williams on a panel, Rogers Hornsby on a panel, Bill Terry on a panel and George Sisler on a panel. This incredible baseball has very few that would rival it, especially considering that the milestone has proved unreachable for over seven decades and counting. Includes PSA LOA.
