Amazing 1920s Japanese Baseball Statue
1920's bisque baseball pitcher is in EX condition with original paint. With absolutely amazing detail abounding in this sculpture, there is a definite American influence to his Asian facial features. "KEIO" on front of uniform jersey, "TO SHU" on front of base. Original box features Japanese writing and is VG with some minor paper loss. The first we have seen. Stands approximately 10" high and 4" wide at the base.
