This set of eight full, unused tickets for the group's Suffolk Downs appearance in Boston was acquired from the con-cert's co-promoter, Gerald Roberts, in 1987. His LOA explains that he and Frank Connely booked the racetrack for $1,000 without mentioning the purpose for which it was to be used. Incidentally, the track's owner was major league baseball magnate, Bill Veeck. 25,000 were in atten-dance. NRMT/Mt.
