Autograph Book Collection Of Four With Two Ruths, Foxx, Ott, Cobb and More
Wonderful collection of over 200 signatures within four autograph books that span the terrific period of the mid 1930's to the mid 1940's. Shrewd collector neatly affixed images of each ballplayer to one side of a page, then sent it in to their team or home address. These are, essentially, an autographed photo of each player!!! Two primo Babe Ruth signatures here, with one blue fountain pen example on an amazing shot of him pitching for the Red Sox (9/10). The other autograph of The Bambino is a Mint prize which reads "To My Pal George Nick, From Babe Ruth" (10/10).
