Awesome Christy Mathewson Portrait Photograph
Here's an image we have not seen before of Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson wearing a broad faced grin. The 373-game winner was one of baseball's initial five Hall of Fame inductees and played practically his entire 17-year career with the New York Giants before a short stint managing the Cincinnati Reds. The image is sealed in its original frame, circa 1911, and we have not looked inside. It appears to be in EX condition. With frame, the image measures 10 x 7.25".
