Azeri Winning Vanity Handicap, Santa Margarita and Runner-Up Humana Distaff Saddle Cloths (3)
Hall of Fame thoroughbred Azeri earned 2002 American Horse of the Year thanks to her victories at Santa margarita and in the Victory Handicap, while placing second in the Humana Distaff. These are the saddle cloths from those races. Two are blue with the horse's name and number 3. One features an ad for Humana, as well as patches of the American flag and the NTRA. The other cloth is white with the Hollywood park emblem, Azeri and number 2. All three show nice use. Her trainer, Laura de Seroux, described the horse in an interview: "She's simply the fastest filly in the world now. You can't catch her early, and you can't catch her late."
