Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb Autographed Esquire Book
The Mighty Babe always a big booster for boy's baseball proved himself more than that at The Polo Grounds during the summer of '48. While heading the East's squad he left his astonishing blue ink signature (9/10) alongside his photo on the pages of this "Esquire's All-American Boy's Baseball Game" player's photo album. The album, given to prospect Jack Dittmer, has been signed by all participants of the game including Ruth's counterpart, the "Georgia Peach". Cobb, not to be outdone has left his equally impressive, black ink signature. Although the cover does show some light creasing the 8"x10" photos it protects have remained in EX-MT condition. A spectacular specimen of superior signatures.
