Large collection of Babe Ruth photographs (23) dating from the 1930s and 1940s features the Sultan of Swat coaching baseball, golfing, acting, and posing with luminaries such as President Herbert Hoover, Governor Al Smith, John McGraw, Connie Mack, Jack Dempsey, Honus Wagner and actor William Bendix. An 8 x 10" portrait of The Babe is included. Most are press photos; several have missing corners or edge chipping. Photos measure 3 1/2 x 4 1/2" to 8 x 10" and, overall, are VG.
