Babe Ruth Signed Deck of Blue Ribbon Playing Cards
Babe Ruth was a player in every sense of the word. On the baseball field. With the ladies. And at the poker table, if this signed deck of cards is any indication. The Blue Ribbon-brand deck is copyright 1916 and in EX condition and features "The Bambino's" signature in pencil that rates 8 out of 10. The story behind this card set is shrouded in mystery as it is unclear whether Ruth autographed it at a poker Game. Comes with an LOA. While playing for the Red Sox in his third major league season, Ruth led the American League with nine shutouts and a 1.75 ERA. So he may have been an ace who played a few aces as well.
