Baseball Press Pin Dies (3)
Stop trying to collect those hard to find early Philly press pins and start making some of your own with this trio of iron dies. Originally part of the Barry Halper collection each was the original mold for the following pins: 1) 1913 World Series at Shibe Park, Philadelphia. 2) 1914 World Series at Shibe Park, Philadelphia. 3) Athletics, American Baseball Club Of Philadelphia, with team logo. Also included is a bronze sample of the 1914 pin affixed to a 4” marble plate. Sold during Sotheby’s Halper Auction and stickered accordingly.
