As a result, Bayern was rated as the best horse trained in the United States in 2014, per World's Best Racehorse rankings. Rare halter dates from post-career, with extensive use shown including cracking to the leather, loose threads, and scratches to the nameplate and hardware. Comes with COA signed by Michael Blowen, President and Founder of Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Facility in Georgetown, Kentucky, asserting that it was donated by Hill 'n' Dale Farm of Lexington, where Bayern entered stud in 2017.
